Conditions of Hire
- No refund will be issued on orders cancelled within two weeks of the graduation ceremony.
- Regalia must be returned by the due date and time stated on our website.
- Any costs incurred as a result of the need for cleaning, repair or replacement of dirty, damaged or lost regalia shall be entirely at the expense of the hirer.
- Regalia that is not returned will incur a full replacement cost of $600.00 which shall be borne by the hirer.
- Failure on the part of the hirer to meet their responsibility regarding any of the aforementioned costs may result in the referral of the hirer’s account to a debt collection agency and further, additional costs which will be added to the hirer’s account.

- We do not have EFTPOS facilities.
- A Tax Invoice is emailed to the email address you provided upon completion of your order. Depending on the payment method you have selected, the invoice will list the amount paid or amount outstanding. Your order will not be processed until any outstanding amounts have been paid.
- You must provide a copy of the Tax Invoice (in digital or printed format) as proof of your order when collecting your regalia.
